You are booking a business address service with mail reception. A desk, office or ongoing use of the premises is not included. These services can be agreed separately.

You receive digital access to the collection area during the applicable building opening hours. An individual lockable mail cabinet is included on request, subject to availability.

Physical forwarding and up to 30 standard letters per calendar month are included. Unused allowances do not roll over. Each additional standard letter costs €0.85 plus VAT. Non-standard items – including parcels, large or oversized letters and items requiring special handling – are billed individually. No. Your items remain unopened under both plans. Digitisation and electronic access to mail are not included.

Choose a monthly or annual contract period. You can cancel with 15 days’ notice before the end of that period; otherwise the subscription renews accordingly. Billing follows your contract start date rather than automatically starting on the first of each month. Only monthly subscriptions require a refundable deposit: €158 for Basic or €250 for Premium.

After successful ordering and payment, and any required checks, you receive details about setup and use. Use the address in accordance with your confirmation; an unpaid order alone is not sufficient.

The service is exclusively for businesses and commercial projects. You must check whether the address is sufficient for your activity, legal form and intended use. We do not guarantee a decision by an authority, register or bank.

Premium means you do not need to collect mail at our location. Your business address remains in Darmstadt, while your mail is forwarded to your nominated address. If you require international forwarding or special handling, please agree the scope and costs with us before booking.
