Is the business address legally valid for official service?
Yes. The business address may be used for purposes pursuant to § 5 DDG, § 14 GewO, as well as for trade registration, commercial register entries, and legal website imprint requirements. It is a real business location with physically existing office spaces and workstations. The address may be used in dealings with authorities, banks, business partners, and contractual partners. Responsibility for the accuracy of the information you provide remains with you as the contractual partner.
How quickly can I use the business address?
After completing the booking and successful payment, the address can generally be used immediately for legal and administrative purposes. The labeling on the mailbox is usually completed within 24 to 48 hours after the start of the contract. If legal identity verification or compliance checks are required, usability of the address may be postponed until the necessary verification procedures have been completed.
What happens to my mail?
Your mail is received by us and, depending on your selected plan, either digitized or forwarded.
Is mail handling also possible for international customers?
Yes. The business address can be used regardless of where the company is based. Mail reception and forwarding are carried out according to the contractually agreed services; additional shipping or customs costs may apply for international forwarding and will be charged separately.
Is there a minimum contract term?
The business address can be booked flexibly. Details regarding the contract term can be found in our pricing plans.
Is it possible to switch to an office, coworking, or flex desk model later?
A later switch to a private office, team office, flex desk, or coworking model is generally possible. In such cases, an existing business address agreement may be contractually converted by mutual agreement. The terms of the new usage agreement will then replace the previous contractual conditions.
